please choose Size 31 if your foot length is 19.3cm.
please choose Size 32 , if your foot length is19.9cm.
please choose Size 33, if your foot length is 20.6cm.

Recommended foot length +1 cm = shoe length
Foot length 11.0 cm, recommend insole length 12.0 cm.
